There’s a catch though, all capes need to be in PNG format. Or you can just try and install the Advanced Capes Mod then create your own cape design depending on your needs. The process is simple, convenient and it just makes the experience a lot more rewarding to begin with.You can get a template online and you can work from it if you want. You can add your own cape designs if you want and you have to modify the URL via pressing the C button. This will allow you to change through the cape designs until you find one that suit your needs. What makes it distinct is the fact that this mod provides you with a very good way to enhance your visuals.The way you use the Advanced Capes Mod Minecraft is simple, you can change the cape URL in the config panel or you can just go in the world and press the C button.
Create a new folder and name it Mods. Open Run By keyboard shortcuts (Windows+R), type %appdate% to open. After successful installation, you will receive a notification. Wait for the system to install Minecraft Forge. Click ok to install (Requires computer to install Java). Select the Minecraft forge you want to download.
Now, launch Minecraft with Forge profile! Run with forge, You will see Minecraft Forge in the lower-left corner and the Mods button under Multiplayer.
